During her oncology training, Dr. Joshi worked in a 650+ bed tertiary oncology hospital managing tens of thousands of outpatient visits and complex inpatient cases every year. She has hands-on experience with bone marrow aspiration & biopsy, lumbar puncture, intrathecal chemotherapy, central venous access, PICC insertion, and managing hematologic emergencies. That depth of exposure shows up in her calm, systematic approach in clinic.
Cancer treatment isn’t only about drugs and scans. It’s about people—fatigue that won’t lift, fear of relapse, finances, family decisions, when to seek a second opinion, and how to live well during and after treatment. Dr. Joshi brings a patient-first, empathy-driven model where she explains options in plain language, respects cultural and family dynamics, and helps patients make confident, informed decisions.
